Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our mask accessories, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.

Refunds may only be issued if a shipment is refused at delivery and returned to sender in its original condition.

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
