Processing Time

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Within the United States

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak shipping periods.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days.

For many destinations, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

If duties are not collected at checkout for your country, local customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving any delivery issues.
